I dyed my hair twice with a dye that does not keep long and do not damage it. The last two of 8-10 shampoos. But they are not to be too aggressive. Help please?

The pulse of the color works very well and in no way damaged my hair at all! So do not change my natural color and b / c bleach in the dye color appears promising.
