Hey, I usually leave my heart in the area, but decided to try the cooking this year. If you have good recipes / ideas?

Deer heart, we had a week ago. I cut it in half and rinse them well, cut most of the fat from the top of the heart. I cut and covered with flour, salt. Nice, and then fried until brown on both sides.

I tried a few songs while cooking and is a good thing, because I thought of something else right after the end of cooking, and when I saw the women and girls had all eaten. Nobody but me, jumped up eating deer liver, but I think his heart was a success.
