Anyone got a good creamy carbonara recipe!? - creamy carbonara

I've tried to make this recipe and simple, apart from the very tasty
Ingredients
½ onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices bacon, chopped
150ml/5fl oz double cream
2 eggs
Handful of chopped basil
140g/5oz spaghetti



Method
1. Sauté onion in a saucepan with the oil for two minutes.
2. Add the garlic and bacon and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Cream to pan and drop eggs.
4. Drain the pasta according to package directions and drain.
5. Add the pasta and sauce pan and throw to cover the noodles.
6. Add basil and serve.

My mother is great and I wish I could be more help for you ... But I have on hand. I remember with Italian bacon, spaghetti ... I think, has taken the butter cream ... I know, I know, not very useful, but darnit ... I've tried! Now I'm hungry!

(340 g) package pasta of your choice.

3 cans of mushrooms
1 roasted chicken (boneless and cut into cubes)
2 packages with thinly sliced ham (cubed)
6 (400 ml) cans cream of mushroom
4 (400 ml) bottles with cheddar cheese spread


1. Cook the noodles separately favorite.

3 egg yolks, a dash of cream, lots of pepper, much Parmesan ... Mix everything with bacon or ham and add the fresh pasta cooked

Spaghetti Carbonara

Is from 8 oz sliced mushrooms - sliced 1 / 4 "
6 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 / 4 cup lard or olive oil made
24 slices bacon - cooked and
