Will drawing pictures from internet improve drawing? - women reference pictures

I have a similar question asked before ISH did not answer but really, I was not precise enough.

By repeatedly drawing a picture that has better positioned someone a picture or a drawing? For example, repeatedly drawing pictures or photos in the profile of a woman, after all, it has a proper form of a woman, without a clue?

Or is there another way design is practiced?
